Shipping Policy
📦 Australia-Wide Dispatch
All orders are shipped from our Tullamarine VIC warehouse, with delivery available nationwide.
🚚 Delivery Timeframes
In-stock items: Dispatched within 1 business day
Custom orders (e.g. powder-coated mesh): Dispatched within 5–10 business days
Rural or regional deliveries may take longer due to freight logistics
We offer both standard freight and express shipping options. If you have urgent timelines, please contact us at ordering@screentechind.com.au before placing your order.
🔎 Delivery Partners
We work with reputable national freight carriers and couriers. Once your order is shipped, we will provide:
A tracking number
Estimated delivery window
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays once goods leave our facility.
📍 Delivery Conditions
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during business hours.
If unattended delivery is requested, you accept full responsibility for any lost or damaged goods.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery if the original attempt fails.
Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’ll work with you to make it right — within reason and under the following conditions:
🔁 Standard Returns
We accept returns on stocked, non-custom items within 7 business days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be supplied
You must contact us for approval before returning goods
Important: All returns are subject to approval and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Custom powder-coated mesh
Mesh that has been cut to size
Special-order or non-standard items
Any item that has been installed or altered
Items returned without authorisation
💸 Freight on Returns
Return freight is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or shipped in error.
For faulty items, we will arrange pickup or reimburse return shipping costs.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
We take care to package all goods safely, but if you receive a damaged or defective item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the issue and your order details
We’ll assess the issue and offer a solution (e.g. replacement, refund, or credit)
In the rare case of a manufacturing fault, our product warranties will apply. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information on warranties.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order:
Before dispatch: No fee applies for stocked items.
After dispatch: Return and restocking fees apply as above.
Custom orders: Cannot be cancelled once production has started.
